Educational Background
Attorney/ Partner
Albert Kuloba is a holder of a Law degree from Makerere University having graduated in the year 2001. Following his admission to the degree in the year 2001, he was admitted to the Law Department Centre for the Post Graduate Bar Course in Uganda for the academic year 2001/2002 and was awarded a Diploma in Legal Practice in 2002 being a pre-requisite for admission to practice law in Uganda.
He was later admitted to the Kenya School of Law for the academic year 2002/2003 where he successfully completed a course in Legal Practice in 2003 and was awarded a Diploma in Legal Practice Law in Kenya and was thereafter admitted to the Roll of Advocates on 29th July 2004.
Upon his admission he joined the law firm of Messrs. Khaminwa & Khaminwa Advocates a Nairobi and Mombasa based firm where he worked for two years from 2005 – 2007 when he set up his own practice known as A.S. Kuloba & Company Advocates in 2008 and the following year in 2009 teamed up with Mr. Wangila to form A.S. Kuloba & Wangila Advocates.
Mr. Simiyu Kuloba does Civil, Commercial and Criminal litigation together with conveyancing at the firm.

Conveyance:
We engage in all aspects of conveyancing including charges, mortgages, extension of Government leases, changes of user, caveats, cautions, advising clients generally on aspects of landed property, sale and transfer of land and trusts.
Probate:
The division deals with preparation of testamentary dispositions, advisory services preparation of trusts and custody of wills.
Commercial And Corporate:
The division undertakes registration of trademarks copyrights and patents with Kenya Industrial Property Institute which is a field of law known as Intellectual Property Law. It deals with registration of companies, restructuring, trusts, commer- cial contracts, preparation, perfection and verification of securities for banks and institutions.
Environment And Land Law:
This division deals with litigation related to Environment and Land issues. It handles any case which may arise in the field of Environment and land registered under the various legal regime.
